Please note that the public officer appointed by the Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs will not and has no right to give copyright clearance for the use of any copyrighted works that may be incorporated in the game(s) concerned. The applicant/amusement game centre licensee should make sure that they have the required permission from the copyright owners before installing and operating the game(s) in their centres.
